VeronaPass is a free and exclusive service of Cooperativa Albergatori Veronesi-CAV, which assures the security and the convenience to book an hotel at the 52 partners from 5 to 2 stars located in Verona and its province and to receive a confirmation of the reservation to show to the reception on your arrival at the hotel.
To book is necessary that the client gives the details of a credit card “as guarantee”: you can cancel without penalty from 24 to 72 hours before the arrival with a written communication that has to be sent to the hotel (contrary orders excepted). The terms of cancellation will be indicated on the confirmation.
To book on line, you need only to visit our web-site and follow the directions you will find.
To book by phone, you need only to call our “Call Center” with its multilingual staff at (0039) 045 8009844.
ON-LINE RESERVATION:
Our system, advanced and reliable, allows to book directly on-line one of the hotels available on the web-site 24 hours a day.
Each hotel is presented with an information sheet which gives a description of the hotel, the category, location, prices and its services. The computer system automatically calculates the total price for the stay requested, bearing in mind the number of persons, the length of the stay, the board arrangements (which is always Bed & Breakfast).
The personal data and the details of the credit card are secured by a 128 bit cryptography system supported by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) world protocols designed by Visa and Mastercard.
As confirmation, in few minutes, the customer will receive the booking voucher directly via e-mail or via fax, that has to be showed at the hotel on arrival. In the voucher are indicated the details of the reservation: type of accommodation, arrangements, prices and the helpfully information to contact the booked hotel. If you don’t receive your personal confirmation please keep in touch with our booking centre immediately.
The balance for the accommodation, contrary previous orders excepted, must be paid together with any extra and other services not indicated on the voucher, directly at the hotel before the departure.

RESERVATION BY PHONE
You can reserve an hotel also by phone, calling our “Call Centre” at (0039) 045 8009844 during office’s time opening.
On the basis of your requests and preferences, our staff will help you to find the required accommodation.
Also in this case, contrary orders excepted, for the confirmation are required the details of a credit card “as guarantee” and the personal data which will be treated in accordance with the law on privacy 675/96 (see the next step on “Information regarding privacy”).

HOTEL SERVICES
The classification of the hotels you find on our web-site, is assigned by the provincial Tourist Office. Our associated hotels ranging from 2* to 5*.
Double rooms: these are normally with two separate twin beds or double bed.
Three-bedded rooms: these are normally double rooms with an extra bed.
Four-bedded rooms: these are normally double rooms with two extra beds and hence they may be less spacious.
Single rooms: these are normally with a single bed
Double rooms for single use: these are normally double reserved for one person.
Usually the rooms are available for the client starting from 2 pm of the arrival day and the check-out is within 11 am of the day of departure.
Board: bed and breakfast accommodation includes only breakfast; for different arrangements we have to contact the hotels and the availability and prices will be confirmed at each request.
The services may be enjoyed according to the indications of the information sheet of each hotel.
All the services and extras, if requested, together with drinks consumed, must be paid together with the amount of the stay. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card, where these are accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: All the prices published in the site are in Euro.
The description and the prices of hotel services have been supplied to us by the hotels themselves and can be changed in every moment according with the hotel’s management.
The “VeronaPass” booking centre shall not be held responsible by the client for any breach on the part of the hotel which received the booking, in terms of the adequacy of the accommodation or the failure to supply the services agreed, in whole or in part.
INFORMATION REGARDING PRIVACY
Italian legislative decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, namely "Code on the protection of personal information and data", aims at ensuring that treatment of personal information and data be carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as people’s dignity, with specific reference to the right to privacy and confidentiality, personal identity and protection of personal data and information.

Aims of data collection and treatment
Cooperativa Albergatori Veronesi or its partners collect and treat all the Data provided by You only with a view to performing the required tourist service You requested directly, through our Internet web sites, our affiliates or agents.
The Data and information collected are used and kept only for said purposes and in compliance with the principles and the rules laid down under the privacy regulations.
The Data and information provided by You belong to the group of ordinary data and are different from the sensitive data for the treatment of which the lawmaker sets specific conditions.
Ways to collect and treat Data
Data will be treated in such a way as to ensure security and confidentiality. Data and information can be treated through manual, computerized or telematic tools, which are suitable to treat them in compliance with the security rules envisaged by the Law and/or internal rules and regulations.
In particular, Data and information will be treated by comparing and classifying them, as well as by drafting lists.
The provision of Data is not compulsory for visiting our web sites but becomes mandatory when you buy or request a service.
However, failure to provide data in order to fill in the so-called "mandatory parts" makes it impossible to perform the services requested.
The data will be passed on exclusively to the recipients necessary for the completion of the requested services (eg: passed to the reserved hotel).
The data will not be used to send unsolicited mail or e-mail out of the messages directly related to the product(s) or service(s) you have requested.
